Thank you for shopping with AB INTERNATIONAL. We are committed to ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a safe and timely manner. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver your orders.


1️⃣ Order Processing & Confirmation

✔ Orders placed on our website are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

✔ Processing time is usually 1–3 working days from the date of order confirmation.

✔ Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via SMS / WhatsApp / Email (if available).


If an item is out of stock or requires additional processing time, we will notify you.


2️⃣ Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Delivery time depends on your pincode & courier partner. Average delivery timelines are:


? Metro Cities: 3–5 working days

? Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 working days

? Remote / Interior Areas: 7–10 working days


These timelines are estimates. Delays may occur due to:


Courier operational delays

Weather conditions

Strikes or public holidays

Incorrect address or contact details

Unforeseen logistics issues

We always try our best to deliver early.


3️⃣ Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.

Sometimes we offer Free Shipping above a minimum cart value — this will be displayed on banners or at checkout.


4️⃣ Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:


✔ Courier Partner Name

✔ Tracking ID / Link


You can track your shipment online anytime.


If your tracking is not updating or shows unusual movement, contact us — we’ll help.


5️⃣ Incorrect Address or Unsuccessful Delivery

Please ensure the address & contact details are correct before placing the order.


Delivery may fail if:


❌ Incorrect address

❌ Wrong pincode

❌ Phone switched off / unreachable

❌ Customer unavailable to receive parcel

❌ Security/Housing society restrictions


If a parcel returns to us:


We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery

Additional courier charges may apply

6️⃣ Damaged, Tampered, or Open Package on Delivery

If you notice the parcel is:


? Open

? Damaged

? Tampered

? Empty


Please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.


Once accepted, external damage claims become harder to process.


7️⃣ International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.
