We want you to have a great shopping experience with AB INTERNATIONAL. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the policy below.
1️⃣ Eligibility for Returns / Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange if:
✔ The product is unused & in original condition
✔ Original packaging, tags & invoice are intact
✔ The request is made within 7 days of delivery
✔ You received a damaged or defective product
✔ You received the wrong item
2️⃣ Non-Returnable Items
For safety & quality reasons, the following cannot be returned:
❌ Products damaged due to customer use
❌ Items without original packaging/tags
❌ Customized / special orders
❌ Clearance / final sale items (if applicable)
❌ Products exposed to dirt, stains, perfume, scratches etc.
3️⃣ Damaged / Wrong Product Received
If your product arrives:
Damaged
Defective
Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of:
Product
Package
Invoice
This helps us verify & resolve quickly.
4️⃣ Return Pickup & Self-Shipping
Return pickup depends on your pincode availability.
If pickup is unavailable, you may be asked to self-ship the product securely.
5️⃣ Refund Process
Once we receive & verify the returned item:
✔ Refund will be issued to the original payment method OR
✔ Store credit may be offered (on request)
Refund completion time: 5–10 working days after approval.
6️⃣ Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before dispatch only.
Once shipped — cancellation is not possible.
If you wish to refuse delivery, standard return rules will apply.
7️⃣ Exchange Policy
Exchanges are provided subject to stock availability.
If unavailable, a refund or store credit may be issued.
8️⃣ Product Condition Requirements
Returned products must be:
✔ Unused
✔ Clean
✔ Damage-free
✔ With original packaging & invoice
If these conditions are not met, refund may be denied.
